1. Beginner- Attack those main spots

The size and the weight of the attacker is doesn’t really matter because every lady can beat anyone if you know where the most important spots are. The main parts are the eyes, nose, throat, chest, knees, and groin.

You are free to attack in any method you want, , you may also need to remember that the most effective moves are aiming at these areas.

2. The easier and best moves

One of the simplest moves is  to grab the wrist.  By grabbing the little finger and ring finger with single hand, and also the middle and index finger with the other and bend the wrist forward.

If you can’t touch the wrist, hit it with a fist or with a finger between the collarbones or into their Adam’s apple. This will take him a long time to gain his senses back.

The most effective way is to attack the groin area. It may take long time for them to gain their consciousness and also more time for you to escape.

 

3. If you been grabbed in front

If you were grabbed from the front and your hand been locked, follow the steps: move your hands forward and make a fist in front of your pelvis. This will make more spaces between you and the attacker.

After that, hit the attacker’s nose with your forehead. This will make the attacker to move away from you. Now is the good time to attack his groin with your knee.

If there is still some spaces between you and the attacker, there is another method you can protect yourself using your palm. Straighten your left arm and hit the attacker’s chin and nose with your right arm. Then hit his main part- groin. This will make him to difficult to get up. 

 

4. Free your hands

Remember the “rule of thumb”: rotate your arm to the side of the attacker’s thumb.

If he is holding your arm tightly, rotate your wrist toward the thumb. When your arm is under the attacker’s, pull your arm as strongly as you can.

 

5. If you were grabbed from behind

Attackers mainly grabbed from the back because it is the easiest way to hold the victim’s arms in order to hold them.

Immediately bend back and try to hit the attacker with the back of your head. It doesn’t matter if you can’t do that. The reason to make the attacker put one of his legs forward.

Now quickly bend down, pulled his leg by grabbing one of his leg. He will lose his balance and able to fight back.

 

6. If you were grabbed from side

One of the martial arts is using elbow hit. This is one of the most dangerous hits in all kinds of martial arts. This is the most ideal way if you are being grabbed from side. 

 

7. If you were pushed against the wall

 

  • If both of the attacker’s arms are up, hit him in the armpit.
  • If one of your arms is down, hit his chest, neck, or jaw.
  • But one of the most effective and powerful hits is a hit with your head. Squat a little to be lower than the opponent. Jump up quickly and hit his jaw with your forehead. This approach is the best way to give yourself more time to escape.
